Xi, who cares about poor people's life, has visited almost all of the 14 contiguous poor areas in China. Tuoping Village in Fugong County of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in southwest China’s Yunnan Province is a poverty-stricken community by China’s national standard. The scale of poverty in central and western China is large and poverty remains a deep-seated problem back then. Poverty reduction in these areas requires more investment and efforts. A production base that integrates photovoltaic power generation, photovoltaic greenhouses and leisure farming is built in Youjiawan Village, Hong’an County, central China’s Hubei Province in 2015. The Chinese government combines photovoltaic power generation with poverty reduction.
